How do I make a reservation on DiscoverLuxury.com?
As soon as you have settled on the perfect luxury hotel, simply enter your arrival and departure dates in the “Check Availability” box. Assuming space is available on the requested dates, you will be offered a choice of room-types and shown the lowest available nightly rates and the booking conditions for changes and cancellation. Make your selection, fill out the information requested and you’re on your way.
Once I have made my reservation can it be changed or cancelled?
Each hotel has its own booking terms and conditions that vary according to the rate you selected at time of booking. Generally cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will not carry any penalty but please check the hotel’s policies on change and cancellation before booking.
To change a reservation (revised arrival or departure dates, add or delete rooms etc.), we recommend that you first check the booking conditions to ascertain if there are any applicable penalties and then make a new booking before you cancel the existing one.
To cancel a booking, please go to “My Reservation” in the DiscoverLuxury.com header, complete the requested information (name and confirmation #) and submit.

Can I have more than two people in my room?
The answer to this varies according to the hotel and room type you select and depending on the chosen rate there may be extra charges or fees for more than two people. If you need assistance or there is any confusion please contact our customer service line for assistance.
Do you retain my credit card information on file?
No – for security purposes and in order to protect your privacy we do not store your credit card information. Please see Discover Luxury’s Privacy Policy for full details.
