If within 24 hours of making your booking with us you find a lower rate on another website for the same room, at the same hotel, on the same dates, we guarantee that we’ll match it PLUS pay you 10% of the difference in price.

Hot Rates can be identified during the booking process by the Rate Type: HOTRATE

• The 100% Best Rate Guarantee applies only to Hot Rate reservations made via this website. Hot Rate Hotels are denoted with the Rate Type: HOTRATE on the availability page displayed during the booking process. 
• The 110% Best Rate Guarantee applies only if you find a lower rate for the same room type (which must be available for booking) at the same hotel, for the same dates, on another website selling hotel reservations. The Guarantee applies only to the Hot Rate base room rate and does not include any taxes, tariffs or fees.
